Launch a computer
Open the dashboard. Click Launch. Name it. Pick US or EU. It is ready in under a minute.

Copy the setup prompt
Open the computer. Copy the setup prompt. Paste it into your agent once. That prompt is the text that adds our plug-in.

Send the work there
Say “do this on your own computer.” Watch the live screen. Take over when a login or 2FA code appears.

When your agent needs you
Your agent asks you to handle sign-ins, approvals, and blocked steps. Enter passwords and sign-in codes on your Compuuter. Keep secrets out of chat and answer forms.
The hand-off update adds questions inside supported agent sessions. Your agent uses request_takeover for a step you must handle, or ask_user with up to four choices. The same request stays visible on your dashboard and in the desktop app.
With form support, you get a picker. Choose a response and add an optional note without secrets. Declining skips the step. Cancelling the picker leaves the request open.
Without a picker, your agent waits about a minute, then asks through its own question tool. It records your answer with resolve_ask, or keeps waiting with wait_for_user. A skipped or expired request tells your agent the step remains unfinished.
While the request is open, your Compuuter stays awake within its request time limit. Your agent keeps its existing Screen seat. The request itself does not block Actions; your agent must wait for your answer on that step.

Picker support depends on your connected session and protocol. This guide covers the repository update. Deployment is a separate release step. The installed Compuuter skill lists the checked support sources and fallback for each agent.
