Most people hover. They watch the agent type, then grab the mouse the second it pauses. That pause is often the agent thinking, not stuck.
Watching is a mode. Taking over is a different one. Keep them apart and you stop fighting the agent for the cursor.
Watching means the keyboard stays yours
Open the computer. The live screen is the main thing on the page. Status sits next to the name. Latency sits under that, in milliseconds.
While you watch, your keys and pointer stay on your laptop. The remote desktop does not steal them.
Take over only for the human step
Logins, 2FA codes, and “are you a robot” checks still need you. Click Take over. Drive that one step. Click Watch again.
The agent picks up where you left it. You did not have to sit through the rest of the hour.
